Breakin’ Convention 2026 UK Tour

Breakin’ Convention, the world’s ground-breaking festival of hip hop dance theatre, is touring the UK in 2026 and we’re inviting you to take centre stage alongside international hip hop dance icons. 

We’re looking for local artists to present powerful, original hip hop theatre pieces up to 6 minutes long. We welcome all street dance styles, youth groups, soloists and even emcees. If you want to be part of the biggest hip hop dance tour in the UK, get applying!

As part of your application, you’ll need to:

  • Provide details about you / your company and the piece you’d like to perform 

  • Share a link to a recording of the complete piece (if your piece is not yet created, please share footage of other work you have made)

Key Dates:
Applications deadline:  

  • Sunday 16 November 2025 

    • with the exception of Canterbury closing Sunday 1 February 2026

Outcome:  

  • You’ll be informed by Friday 21 November 2025  if you are invited to audition
