London festival ticket info
Tickets cost £30 - £25 (£18 concessions: Access members, Under 18s, Students, Over 60s, Unwaged)
£15 standing. Book early to secure the best seats at the best price. Prices may change subject to demand.
Transaction fee applies: £3 Transaction fee for online and telephone bookings.
No transaction fee when booking in person at Ticket Office.
When you arrive
Upon arriving at Sadler’s Wells you should proceed to collect your ticket from Ticket Office (on Arlington Way) or head to the main entrance if your ticket was posted to you.
At the main entrance you will be issued a wristband, allowing you access to all festival activities. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR WRISTBAND AS THESE WILL NOT BE RE-ISSUED. Keep hold of your ticket - if you have bought a seated ticket, you will be required to show this upon entry to the auditorium as proof of your seat number.
If you have bought a concessionary ticket, you must show proof of concessionary status when entering the building (eg Student ID, Freedom pass etc). If you fail to do so you will be charged the full adult rate.
You will be able to collect your wristbands from 4pm onwards
If you are collecting tickets at the venue, you will need to present the credit or debit card with which you made your booking
Please read carefully the information below regarding ticketing and access to performances.
Your FESTIVAL TICKET permits you entry to the theatre from 4pm and to all the performances on the main Sadler's Wells stage. Breakin' Convention has RESERVED SEATING as well as STANDING tickets.
KEEP HOLD OF YOUR TICKET. You will be given a wristband on entry but will also need your ticket as proof of your seat number. Your ticket & wristband will guarantee your entry and re-entry into the theatre. You will be asked to show your ticket each time you enter the building and the auditorium.
If you bought a standing ticket you will be allocated a wristband on arrival at the theatre. Do not take your wristband off. Your wristband also entitles you discounted entry at the Official Breakin' Convention Afterparty.
SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT STUDIO THEATRE PERFORMANCES
Studio Theatre Performances take place on Saturday and Sunday and are scheduled around the main stage performances and do not clash. Your FESTIVAL TICKET does NOT guarantee you entry to studio theatre performances. The performances in the STUDIO THEATRE are ticketed separately and have limited capacity. Tickets are FREE to day pass ticket holders, otherwise cost £5, and will be available on the day of performance as follows:
from the Sadler's Wells Ticket Office (from 10am on Saturday 4 May, 1pm on Sunday 5 May in person only
from 4.00pm in the theatre foyers
A limited number of tickets will be held back for release 30 mins before the show at the Lilian Baylis Studio entrance
Ticket touts sometimes operate in the vicinity. Please do not support this illegal practice by selling tickets to them, or purchasing tickets from them. Please alert a member of Sadler's Wells staff if you notice any suspicious activity.
